U.S. Licensed Acquisition Integration Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel, Post-Acquisition Integration.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integration activities for acquired entities

Provide legal guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and global compliance matters during integration

Draft, review, and negotiate integration-related agreements, policies, and communications

Required Qualifications

J.D. (or equivalent) and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

5+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in M&A, integration, or corporate transactions

Background in cybersecurity, data privacy, or global compliance regimes strongly preferred

Prior BigLaw or large-enterprise experience valued for responsiveness and pace

Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while collaborating across global teams
