Job description

About Client :

The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as Client, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch.

It delivers experience-enhancing solutions that power today's digital workplace, Connect people, technology, and the edge with a seamless experience and Delivering everything you need for real-time collaboration, connection, and support.

Rate Range : $20-$21 / Hr

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Provide hands-on support for server and network equipment as needed.
  • Assist with network connection issues and trace network connections back to network switches.
  • Support mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices.
  • Train employees on hardware and software usage.
  • Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as necessary.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support.
  • Represent the company professionally and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
  • Respond to routine technical questions and requests for information.
