Hybrid (3 Days In-Office) | $2,000-$2,500 / month + Performance Bonuses

Established Farmers Insurance agency (serving Opelika since 2010) seeks a licensed P&C agent ready to build their career in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

YOUR ROLE :

  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
  • Assess needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Generate new business via networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Process policies, renewals, and claims efficiently
  • Collaborate with team to exceed agency goals

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with passion for helping clients
  • Team player who works independently
  • Professional, ethical approach

    • PREFERRED :

  • Insurance agency experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Agency management system familiarity
  • Community / networking involvement
