Job descriptionYear-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week (we want team players who are looking for longevity as we don't offer seasonal positions) Flexible scheduling that works around your school and / or extracurricular activities Competitive pay ($12-15), plus daily and weekly bonuses! $250 for every 250 regular hours worked, and $250 for every 250 hours worked! Pay raises at 60 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that! Top-notch job training (50 + hours of paid training - no previous swim experience necessary) Lots of FUN and a positive team environment! We are looking for year-round Swim Coach / Teachers in Murphy! This is a great company, with a supportive and fun culture!
The Instructor is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties
The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, general teaching experience and the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation and is a multi-year winner of one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Arizona Business Journal.
