We are seeking a dedicated Sr Tax Manager with a focus on tax-related matters to join our team. This role requires a minimum of five years of public accounting experience and a strong desire to understand clients' business and tax environments. The ideal candidate will provide proactive year-round tax planning and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews of tax returns of varying types and complexities.
• Manage client relationships, assess client needs, and develop strategies and solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service.
• Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns.
• Provide mentorship to other tax staff and assist in the growth, development, and training of the team.
• Engage in business development activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00 / yr. Company paid medical and dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses, HSA account, 401(k) Plan with a Profit Sharing plan, company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability. Corporate casual dress code, free parking. Other benefits include personal time-off, flexible working hours, and compressed work-week schedules.
