Duties :

  • Advocate for clients in judicial proceedings and administrative hearings
  • Draft, file, and review legal documentation related to family law matters
  • Counsel clients on legal matters and procedural options
  • Negotiate and finalize legal agreements and settlements
  • Interpret and adhere to laws and court rulings applicable to active cases
  • Coordinate case strategy and manage workflow within the legal team
  • Contribute to office operations and case management systems

Requirements :

  • 2 to 4 years of recent, relevant experience in family law
  • Demonstrated comfort and professionalism in courtroom settings
  • Capability to manage case load independently and within a team environment
  • Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work exclusively in-office; remote work not permitted
  • Education :

    Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

    Certifications :

    Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Colorado

    Skills :

  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Strong legal research and writing capabilities
