Key Responsibilities

Oversee the execution and implementation of Clinical Programs' strategy and operations

Lead and develop a team of clinical and support staff, ensuring effective performance and professional growth

Participate in budget development and monitor departmental performance standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current state credential allowing independent assessment within the discipline's scope of practice

Certified in CCM or obtain certification within 24 months of hire

Five years of case management or healthcare experience

Three years of management experience

Advanced degree in a health-related field preferred
