Evertz USA, Inc. is seeking a Hand Repair Operator  whose primary duties will include being responsible for performing precise manual repairs and rework on electronic assemblies, printed circuit  boards (PCBs), and components.

This position is full time – 5 / 8 schedule (7 : 00A-3 : 30P) - In Person Only

Located at our Quintech Electronics and Evertz USA headquarters location in Indiana, PA!

Additional Duties :

• Perform hand soldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Identify and repair manufacturing defects, including solder bridges, open circuits, and component misplacement
• Inspect and verify assemblies for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Utilize magnification tools, microscopes, and other inspection equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and drawings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair and rework activities.
• Adhere to company quality standards, ESD handling procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in process improvements and continuous quality initiative
