Open Dates : Start as soon as credentialed - full time ongoing

Desired Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm

Reason for Coverage : VA Overflow

Worksite Setting : Outpatient work site clinic for Vets

Scope of Work : 12-13 patients per w / possible walk in

Requirements : BC, DEA , Minimum 1 Year Experience

EMR / EHR system : CPRS

Will reimburse license cost if selected and confirmed into the position
