Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process, including communication with clients and agencies
Review and prepare closing documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage daily reporting and act as a liaison for borrowers, addressing questions and concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
