Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-5 with rotating weekends, we can work to flex off a day when having to cover weekends

40 hours weekly guarantee

Facility Setting : ARU, Med / surg, OP

Will position be required to float to other units : Yes

EMR for your facility : Medhost, nethealth(redoc)

Scrub colors / dress code : Royal blue

Parking Location : Hospital parking lot by helicopter pad

Number of beds in your facility? 12 acute rehab

Preferred experience level? Any

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted AZ License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Must have at least 1 year experience

Must be able to provide 3 supervisory references
