Trade Operations Document Specialist – Join a Fortune 500 Team!
Are you energized by high-volume work and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team supporting global trade operations at a Fortune 500 company.
As a Trade Operations Document Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of the document lifecycle—handling everything from mail opening and sorting to registering trade documents into our workflow management system. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth processing by scanning, filing, and creating courier labels, all while following precise instructions from internal processing teams.
Your day-to-day will include :
Opening and distributing incoming mail
Sorting and categorizing trade documents by product
Performing accurate and timely data entry
Creating and managing courier labels for outbound shipments
Investigating document discrepancies and resolving issues
Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines
This is a high-volume role where multitasking is essential. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to support overtime when needed.
Schedule :
Monday : 10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM
Tuesday–Friday : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.75 per hour
