What You Bring

Carpentry Experience : 2+ years in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work.

Skill & Precision : Comfortable with tape measures, levels, and power tools; basic plumbing a plus.

Reliability : Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required).

Team Mindset : Safety-driven, dependable, and proud of your work.
