You will focus on introducing recruitment tools that will help your customers find, engage, and hire the perfect candidate. Your passion to learn from and connect with others will ultimately help more organizations find and hire great people.ResponsibilitiesEngage with existing customers who have a monthly spend of $500 or less to understand their needs and identify opportunities for long-term partnershipsEducate transactional customers on the value and benefits of contract-based services (e.g., cost savings, features)Reach out to new customers and recommend JobTarget products based on their hiring needs.Develop proposals and service agreements to encourage contract conversionMaintain and manage the book of business using HubSpotCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new contract clientsAt least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role; client management / client supportMust be comfortable selling to existing customersAbility to manage a large book of revenue-generating accounts.Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience in the recruitment industry is a big plusJobTarget provides a high-energy growth environment, along with excellent benefits including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) with a match.
