Job descriptionAbility to operate machinery and determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned to make general observations of facilities Ability to talk, hear, have repetitive motion, stoop, crouch, stand, walk, lift, and climb stairs Self starter Exert up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team Maintain regular and punctual attendance Must comply with quality standards Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations Forklift experience is preferred but not required. Salary : $22.12 / hr- $27.65 / hr
Job Summary :
- Maintenance / Repair tasks at the plant.
- Preventative maintenance / repair tasks on mobile equipment.
- Preventive maintenance / repair tasks on furnaces, power supplies and plant operational equipment and processes.
- Repairs of unscheduled equipment issues causing downtime
- Completing work orders & PM paperwork
- Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes
Location : Bedford, IN
Position Type : Evaluation Hire
Pay : $22.12 / hr- $27.65 / hr
Schedule : 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 30 AM
