Operations Improvement Specialist
Develop detailed business cases and models for proposed operations improvement initiatives. Plan and implement corrective actions to bring the expected future performance of the operations in line with the original company plans. Assist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management. Develop budgetary planning for the operations and cost management with business strategy. Ensure due diligence in the budget process. Establish internal audit mechanisms and processes for the quality requirements. Develop annual budget and GM profit plans by forecasting and developing sales strategies. Measure productivity and goal achievement of business to determine areas needing cost reduction and process improvement. Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Business Administration (any) is required. Work location : Monmouth Junction, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
