Pay & Benefits :

Training program : 4–6 weeks of paid on the road instruction with an experienced mentor.

Orientation bonus : $300 added to your first check.

After training : $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on miles and performance.

Average weekly pay : $1,300 as a solo driver.

1,600–2,200 average miles weekly.

100% no touch freight and 50% drop and hook.

Schedule & Home Time :

4–6 weeks paid on the road during mentorship.

Home every 14 days for two consecutive days off.

Requirements :

CDL-A license from a certified training school.

No DUIs within 5 years and clean driving record.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
