Position Summary

VJ Technologies is seeking a detail?oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the full?cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month?end closing.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
