At The Gregory Center for Applied Behavior Analysis, we believe that every moment matters. As a BHT, you'll provide quality, intensive ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges / disorders. Your role will involve working one-on-one with children, hands- on in a supportive and collaborative environment that feels more like family than a workplace.

As a Behavior Health Technician (BHT), you will :

BENEFITS :

Full Time Employees (Minimum of 30 hours per week requirement) are eligible for all benefits listed below which are available after 60 days starting from the 1st day of paid training once hired. We also hire Part Time Employees (Minimum of 18 hours per week) when needed and PAID and / or UNPAID FOR-CREDIT INTERNSHIPS for college students.

PAY : $18.50 - $23.00 Per Hour

EXPECTED HOURS : No less than 30 per week

SCHEDULE :

1 - 2  REQUIRED DAYS UNTIL 6 : 30 PM FOR OUR EVENING SOCIAL GROUPS with Clients :

Structured Social Skills based on curriculum-supported lessons that focus on : Life Skills / Conversation Skills / Turn Taking & Emotional Regulation Skills.

ABILITY TO COMMUTE!

LOCATIONS : HAMLIN CLINIC / SCHOOL /   HOME SETTINGS

REQUIRED WORK : IN PERSON

WORK WITH A TEAM OF ETHICAL PROFESSIONALS IN A FAMILY-OWNED, FEMALE-LED SUPPORTIVE COMPANY!
