Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Problem Resolution : Assist clients with resolving issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.

Collaboration : Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience : Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.

Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions swiftly.
