Pay : $75 to $85 / hour

Experience : Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in Workers’ Compensation insurance projects.

Type : Contract

Conde Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team! Our client is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with specialized expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance, policy, or claims-driven projects, and enterprise-level business analysis. This role requires strong enterprise-level business analysis skills and a proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing other BAs within a Business Analyst Resource Center (BARC). The consultant will divide their time between hands-on project work and structured BA capability development, with approximately 50% of responsibilities focused on coaching, mentoring, and contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials.

Job Description :

Currently engaged in multiple high-impact initiatives, including policy or claims -driven and legacy modernization efforts, that require both immediate BA delivery capacity and long-term skill development for existing staff. Many of these projects involve complex regulatory interpretation, workers’ compensation processes, and high-stakes stakeholder engagement. Current resources lack the combined depth of industry knowledge and advanced BA experience required to ensure optimal delivery and consistent quality across the portfolio.

The purpose of this engagement is to obtain the services of a highly experienced Business Analyst (BA) consultant with specialized expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance, policy or claims -driven projects, and enterprise-level business analysis, as well as the proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop other BAs within the Business Analyst Resource Center (BARC). The consultant will split their time between direct project work and structured BA capability development, with 50% of duties dedicated to coaching, mentoring and / or recommendations and development of training materials.

Position Requirements :

• Expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance, policy or claims -driven projects, and enterprise-level business analysis a MUST.
• Proficient in elicitation and documentation of software business requirements.
• Ability and knowledge of software testing, development of test cases, test scripts, logging defects, and facilitating UAT efforts
• Demonstrated experience in policy or claims-driven initiatives and regulatory interpretation.
• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching business analysts at the enterprise level.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and solution design.
