Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor, establishing regular check-ins and capturing customer feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role in cybersecurity
Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals
Strong project management skills and comfort coordinating across multiple teams
Familiarity with technical concepts, including integrations and security best practices
Data-driven mindset with experience using customer success tools and metrics
