Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and close new business across healthcare providers, clinics, staffing agencies, and distributors.
  • Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on operations, strategy, and scaling processes.
  • Represent Lavender Diagnostics at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Assist with startup operations (CRM updates, order fulfillment, supplier communication) as part of a lean, high-energy team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (medical or diagnostics preferred) -or a highly driven individual eager to break into sales.
  • A hunter mindset with strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities : balance outside sales with operational support.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
