Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and close new business across healthcare providers, clinics, staffing agencies, and distributors.
- Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on operations, strategy, and scaling processes.
- Represent Lavender Diagnostics at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Assist with startup operations (CRM updates, order fulfillment, supplier communication) as part of a lean, high-energy team.
Qualifications
1–3 years of sales experience (medical or diagnostics preferred) -or a highly driven individual eager to break into sales.A hunter mindset with strong prospecting and closing skills.Excellent multitasking abilities : balance outside sales with operational support.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Willingness to travel up to 50%.What We Offer
