Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fourslide Operator role on in Wood Village, OR. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for precision metal fabrication, innovation, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality components. Key Responsibilities :

Set up, operate, and monitor Fourslide forming machines to produce precision metal parts according to blueprints and production specifications.
Inspect parts during production using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
Make mechanical adjustments to tooling, feeds, and speeds to maintain consistent part quality and machine performance.
Read and interpret technical drawings, setup sheets, and process documentation.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines to ensure optimal operation.
Maintain accurate production and quality records, including part counts and inspection results.
Identify and report any machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Work independently while collaborating with the production and quality teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience operating Fourslide or multi-slide forming machines strongly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Must be able to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50+ lbs.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Reliable, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
