Digital & Tech Product Sr Manager

As a CBRE D&T Product Sr. Manager, you will oversee our Occupier Account Leasing tech platform. Serving in the Product Management job function, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecyclestrategy, roadmap, implementation, and measurement. You will work closely with business and tech partners to evaluate business opportunities and identify target outcomes, validate potential solutions, and supervise adoption and benefits.

What You'll Do :

  • Coordinate and develop the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules and assign tasks. Set and track staff and department timelines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Ensure all products meet the expectations and requirements of the end user.
  • Define sophisticated user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements. Communicate requirements to the development team.
  • Work closely with Sr. business professionals, Sr. engineers, and Sr. Designers in a collaborative environment to build strategic product roadmaps.
  • Identify and define ongoing sophisticated product features that align with business strategy.
  • Provide regular updates to key partners, tying decisions, activity, and product delivery back to business outcomes and user needs.
  • Coordinate the daily Agile process. This includes daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and vendor teams as needed.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own subject area, and how it integrates with collaborators to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
  • Identify and address technical and operational complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
  • Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job subject area.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of confirmed experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey expectations, and tackle problems.
  • Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job subject area, multiple job fields, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive approach.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Experience writing business cases and reporting out on product and business metrics to show ROI
