Key Responsibilities
Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits via phone and written communication
Check subscriber plans and manage claims, messages, and documents
Provide timely solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years of customer service experience
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
Must be a Michigan resident with a high-speed internet connection via Ethernet or landline
