Key Responsibilities

Review new products and features, advising on legal risks and providing practical legal advice

Draft consumer-facing agreements and review marketing materials

Required Qualifications

J.D. and Bar membership in good standing

5+ years of experience advising financial institutions or fintech companies

Experience with financial products, particularly consumer loans and deposit accounts

Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies

Resiliency and comfort serving as a trusted business partner
