$4500 Sign on Bonus offered!

Full Time, 11pm-7am with rotating weekends.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The LPN / RN provides skilled nursing care and services to residents of our facility and supervises Certified Nurse Assistants as assigned in the day-to-day delivery of resident care.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and supervise within the prescribed scope of practice for an LPN or RN in the State of Florida.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
• Review and update care plans for residents.
• Contact families, physicians and other providers as needed to report changes of condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, NP or PA.
• Administer specialized skilled services as prescribed by the physician or extender orders.
• Direct and supervise nurse assistants.
• Other duties as assigned in the job description.
