Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and patient education. Track progress and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Support a positive, patient-centered care environment. Qualifications Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state license (or eligible). Strong clinical skills and communication abilities. Experience in outpatient ortho or sports medicine preferred. EMR proficiency and commitment to ongoing learning. Preferred Specialty certification (e.g., OCS, SCS). Advanced therapy techniques (dry needling, manual therapy, etc.). Experience as a Clinical Instructor a plus.
