Join a team that's driving one of the most advanced construction and infrastructure programs in the U.S. As a Litigation Support Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting contract management, dispute resolution, and legal strategy for large-scale projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and project stakeholders to ensure timely, organized, and effective management of contractual and litigation matters. Qualification

• Proven experience in legal support or paralegal work, with focus on litigation or arbitration.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction law, contract terms, and cost management principles.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in contentious or complex matters.
• Comfortable working in a multinational, highly diverse, multilingual environment.
• 5–10 years of experience working with construction contracts and / or law firms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Compensation

This position is Salary Non-Exempt and is DOE — paid like hourly, and you will receive overtime pay (1.5× the hourly rate) for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
