Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Director

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacy services to align with organizational goals

Manage the pharmacy benefit program including claims processing, formulary management, and cost-effective drug utilization initiatives

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and oversee quality assurance programs for medication safety

Required Qualifications

Active Kentucky Pharmacist License

5 years' experience in managed care pharmacy

B. S. or Pharm.D. from an accredited college of pharmacy

5 years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care pharmacy or residency in managed care pharmacy (preferred)

M.B.A from an accredited university (preferred)
