Summary  The HVAC Field Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of HVAC technicians and related workers in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Essential Functions Oversee the installation and various aspects of new HVAC systems, ensuring all installations are executed correctly.

Establish and adhere to safety procedures, providing leadership and guidance to the team to promote efficiency and accountability.

Supervise and complete the installation and startup of all HVAC systems, guaranteeing proper installation.

Champion the value of teamwork and accountability within the team.

Adhere to and enforce company processes, procedures, and safety policies.

Follow instructions from management and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Oversee job site preparation and cleanup.

Address and follow up on client concerns promptly and effectively.

Required Education and Experience  10 years of commercial HVAC expertise.

Proficient in ductwork and piping layout and installation.

Skilled in refrigeration piping, wiring, and startup.

Ability to think quickly and adapt to everyday challenges.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have a minimum OSHA10 certification; OSHA30 preferred.
