CMM Programmer / Technician

The Tool & Gage House is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer / Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL.. If you have experience in PC-DMIS or other CMM programming platforms (such as Zeiss, Calypso, etc.), we encourage you to apply. PC-DMIS experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and document automated metrology programs following best-practice standards and inspection plan requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy, availability, and revision control for all created programs.
• Resolve issues related to inspection, data collection, and documentation that impact quality and operations.
• Create advanced-level CMM programs for complex metrology requirements.
• Provide expert troubleshooting support for metrology and manufacturing-related challenges.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in metrology processes.
• Coordinate and integrate new metrology software and hardware solutions.
