Your Role :
Lead a team of Supervisors, Therapists, and Psychiatrists, ensuring the highest quality services are being delivered to clients across the state.Manage and coordinate Program Services provided to clients to ensure they are implemented consistently and with fidelity throughout the state to ensure high-quality, consistent, and stable services are provided.Assisting the Behavioral Health Director is program development, strategic thinking, developing and managing the program budget, and engaging with community stakeholders.Provide oversight and assurance that compliance with all state licensing, accreditation, and performance quality improvement standards are metWhat We’re Looking For :
Master's degree in a mental health-related field, and licensed in the State of Missouri as an LPC, LCSW or LMFT.2 years of supervisory experience leading large teamsA mission-driven individual who fully embraces and models LFCS values and can forge a mutually respectful partnership with people served and their families.This position requires some travel to other locations throughout the state.Full Job Description is Attached :
