Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A well- establishedhealthcare organization in Gardena, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a full-time, Direct Hire / Permanent position in a non-retail, patient-focused setting .This role is ideal for a bilingualpharmacy technician who thrives in a service-oriented environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity outside of the traditional retail model.

Position Highlights :

Full-time, direct hire position

$25.00 / hour starting rate

Eligible for quarterly bonuses up to $2,500(after 6 months, based on performance)

Work in a customer care call center , supporting patients with prescription coordination, transfers, and scheduling

Collaborative, mission-driven team environment

Schedule :

Initial training : MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM

Post-training : Must be fully open to rotating weekday and Saturday shifts between 6 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM

( Sunday coverage may be added in the future )

Requirements :

California Pharmacy Technician license inn good standing

National certification (PTCB)or must have within 1st year of hire

Strong munication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered mindset

Ability to remain flexible and professional in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
