We are looking for a motivated, out of the box thinker to join our team as a Flooring Design Consultant – Assisted Living! $100,000 + earning potential. Salary + Commission

Position Summary :

Responsible for the sales and accounts of Assisted Living facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to assisted living facilities.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience selling to or working with assisted living facilities.

3. Experience in B2B sales

4. Must have a valid driver’s license.

5. Flooring experience would be a plus, but we will train.

6. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

7. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.

8. Be able to work independently and problem solve.

9. Must be able to travel between Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia, Greenville
