Senior Manager, Business Strategy and Operations

Were seeking a high-impact leader to join our Operations and Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about solving complex operational challenges. Youll lead strategic initiatives manage cross-functional teams and own a vertical line of business with direct influence on company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic operations initiatives across supply chain customer experience and internal systems.
• Scale service supply chain capabilities to meet future growth and optimize operational processes to reduce inefficiencies.
• Own a significant claims expense line in the P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering Marketing Sales) and external partners to meet aggressive business targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of managers and contributors.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

SquareTrade estimates the possible base compensation for this role if hired in Denver Colorado to be in the range :  $140K - $170K
