Job descriptionManaging and nurturing relationships with assigned members Delivering personalized, concierge-style service via phone and email to ensure a seamless experience Educating members on their available benefits, services, and fertility options Sharing information about fertility treatments and partner clinics Acting as a liaison between members and fertility centers to streamline communication Responding to member inquiries via phone and email with care and accuracy Assisting with appointment scheduling and ongoing coordination of care Experience working in fertility space Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment Highly organized, quick learner, with ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Embraces challenges with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset Able to make and implement tough decisions Flexible and adaptable Hard working Empathetic and genuine
A New York City-based healthcare benefits management company specializing in fertility and family-building benefits is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to join their team. In this non-clinical, member-facing role, the PCA will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing compassionate, personalized support throughout each member's fertility journey.
About the Opportunity
- Start Date : ASAP
- Schedule : Remote (Residents outside of NYC)
- Hours : 10am-7pm EST (7am-4pm PST)
