Practice Setting : Outpatient-only, multi-specialty centers with on-site lab, imaging, infusion, and radiation therapy Opportunity to focus on general Hematology / Oncology or just Hematology Modern, new facilities supported by experienced APPs and care teams Active tumor boards and a strong clinical research department Schedule & Call : Monday-Friday, with potential for a 4-day clinical week plus 1 admin day 1 evening pager call per week and weekend call rotation of 1 : 4 Hospital and ED call duties required; APP support provided during hospital coverage Call structure expected to evolve as the team grows Compensation & Benefits : Year 1 guaranteed income floor; $350,000-$400,000 with immediate RVU bonus eligibility Long-term earnings potential up to $800K; RVU model 30 days of paid Doctor Time Off (DTO) 6 holidays for most specialties Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, CME, malpractice with tail, 401(k) match, and more Location Highlights : All locations offer suburban living with access to major metro areas like NYC and Hartford Competitive local market with strong patient demand and brand recognition
