Job description

  • 8+ years of experience to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and performance of Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing CC&B processes end to end including with CFS and / or IVR systems, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate CC&B and interfacing systems including CFS and IVR, configurations, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform functional and performance testing of CC&B and CFS / IVR applications and system integrations.
  • Develop, execute, and document test cases for CC&B, ,CFS / IVR modules, ensuring thorough validation and defect tracking.
  • Identify and document system defects using tools like Jira and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Automate validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align CC&B solutions with business requirements and objectives.
  • Provide recommendations to improve CC&B workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.

    • Salary Range : $80,000 - $140,000 a Year
