Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Solutions Architect Analyst .

Description :

As a Solutions Architect Analyst, you'll support the design and delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions that power our growing bank. You'll work alongside experienced architects to analyze business requirements, model systems, and help define the frameworks that guide how our platforms evolve and integrate.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are analytical, technically curious, and eager to understand how large systems fit together in a complex, regulated environment. You'll gain exposure to cloud technologies, system design, integration patterns, and M&A initiatives, while developing the skills to become a future Solutions Architect or Enterprise Technologist.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with senior architects to design and document solution blueprints, integration diagrams, and data flows.
• Conduct technical analysis and research to support system modernization and scalability initiatives.
• Participate in architectural assessments during mergers and acquisitions, helping evaluate platforms, integrations, and data migration plans.
• Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and technology inventories.
• Assist in preparing materials for architecture review boards and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with engineering, data, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure alignment with established standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems and propose ideas for optimization or automation.
