We're looking for someone who's ready to take the lead, roll up their sleeves, and help our people grow while keeping our operations smooth and safe.

Key Outcomes :

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team across multiple facilities to ensure efficient daily operations
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize workloads for staff, making sure everything gets done on time
• Keep inventory and receiving data accurate and up-to-date in our systems
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain a clean, organized facility
• Support and develop staff through coaching, training, and ongoing team development
• Identify ways to improve processes and help implement new procedures and training materials

Here, you'll find a collaborative, supportive environment where your growth and ideas matter. The annualized base salary range for this role is $78,000 $130,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
