Our Treatment Plan Specialists are essential to the seamless operations of our dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
• Presenting treatment plans and educating patients on insurance benefits
• Inputting treatment plans into Dentrix software

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office, with knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance
• Experience with Dentrix dental software is preferred
