Corporate Strategy Specialist

Location : Hybrid - 3x / week onsite in Warrendale

Duration : 6 month contract to hire

Pay Rate : $60-70 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Must Haves :

• 8+ years of professional experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide strategies
• Background in the Financial Services Industry
• Asset Management background preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Business, Finance, etc.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance
• Must be solution agnostic and have a consultative personality

Day to Day :

Insight Global is seeking a strong Corporate Strategist to support one of our asset management clients here in the Pittsburgh area. This Corporate Strategist will be part of a growing center of excellence and initially brought in to support a global harmonization project for our client. The Corporate Strategist will play a pivotal role in aligning enterprise delivery capabilities with the firm's long-term strategic objectives. This position focuses on driving transformation initiatives, optimizing delivery frameworks, and ensuring strategic alignment across technology, operations, and investment platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with execution expertise, enabling the organization to deliver scalable solutions that support growth, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. This individual will need to be calm, solution agnostic, excel at stakeholder management, and have a consultative personality. Currently, the client has a handful of different teams using different processes. This Corporate Strategist will be looking into all of the different ways of operating and different processes being used to see where the organization should be focused on. The strategist will be doing lots of documenting and analysis before coming up with clear options for a strategy moving forward. They will then be taking that strategy, organizing all of their thoughts in a thorough PowerPoint pack and presenting to key stakeholders and even c-suite executives.
