Flooring Crew Lead - $25-$28 / hr (Up to $30 / hr After Hire-On)

Pullman, WA

Monday-Friday | 9AM-5PM

About the Company :

Join a trusted handyman and remodeling service known for quality craftsmanship. We're seeking a skilled Flooring Crew Lead to perform installations and lead a small team on-site.

Highlights :

Pay : $25-$28 / hr (up to $30 / hr after hire-on )
Steady weekday schedule
Long-term, full-time opportunity

Key Qualities :

Attention to detail for precise cuts and clean finishes

Strong physical stamina for hands-on work

Leadership skills and ability to manage a crew

Experience with drywall and framing a plus

What You'll Do :

Measure, cut, and install tile, carpet, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood flooring to exact specifications

Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or underlayment

Use hand and power tools safely for cutting, shaping, and fitting materials

Mix and apply grout, sealants, and finishes for lasting results

Repair or replace damaged flooring sections

Read and follow blueprints or layout plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

Lead and coordinate daily crew activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Requirements :

Previous crew leadership experience

Must have reliable transportation and a phone

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
