Job descriptionCurrent Oregon Registered Nurse License. 1 year Medical / surgical experience, preferably in acute or long-term care settings. Experience in EOL care is highly valued. As an End-of-Life Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families. Your expertise in nursing practice will enable you to navigate complex patient needs and provide compassionate support.
