About The Role
Are you a bold, strategic leader ready to define a new category in healthcare benefits? Paytient is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to build and fuel our B2B growth engine, playing a pivotal role in making healthcare more accessible and affordable for everyone.
You'll oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary team responsible for driving awareness, education, and pipeline across our employer, health system, and health plan audiences. This role spans full-funnel responsibility, from crafting value propositions and go-to-market strategy to generating demand through content, paid media, events, and partner programs.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams. You'll be a key leader in positioning Paytient as a category-defining brand, and a "no-brainer" solution for the most forward-thinking benefits buyers and partners in America.
