Job descriptionEvaluate and assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred Community Living - Vibrant city with local shops, cultural events, and historic charm Outdoor Recreation - Parks, lakes, and nearby trails for year-round activities Convenient Access - Close to Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the Triad region Affordable Lifestyle - Lower cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas Supportive Healthcare Network - Strong local medical resources and growth opportunities
