Job Description
The Foreman position is responsible for managing the overall construction plan, while never sacrificing safety or quality.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Preconstruction Phase
Construction Phase
Daily
End of day meeting
Account for all subcontract labor
All materials delivered to the project
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite environment
Communicate with General Contractor Superintendent
Weekly
Post Construction
Supervisory Responsibilities : (scope of the person’s authority, including a list of positions that report to this position).
Education / Certification :
Required Knowledge :
Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in commercial HVAC and / or construction field
Minimum 5 years of experiences in large commercial construction
Skill and Ability :
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Team player
Organizational and planning skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to use significant independent judgment
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and fingers.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume.
Language Ability
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
