As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for visitors and staff. You will remain visible throughout the premises, conduct routine patrols, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule : Day

Time : Wed 01 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 PM Sun 01 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or hazards, documenting incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with site management and local authorities as required to address incidents and / or emergencies.

Assist patrons and staff with inquiries and directions, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as any additional requirements specific to the retail environment.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
